Back in March I posted I was at 236. Sadly I lost my weigh (get it?!) after that and crept back up to nearly 250. I’m back on track though, and now broke my personal record again.

I’m a little hesitent to focus on weight so much, because its far from the only important health statistic. But I can’t not, it’s so easy to measure. I’m doing pretty good all around though.
