My 7 year old strongly prefers to sleep with white noise playing. She’s got a little machine that does it on a timer. Whenever she sleeps somewhere else, if she can’t bring the machine, it’s best to have another solution. YouTube has those 10 hour long videos that do it which I can just play on my plugged-in phone. I’ve run across a little website with just a button though, which: better.
