We were both like whaaaaat when “Team Bend Racing” took an early lead. A professional race team from our little town, that’s cool. Not 100% surprising as it’s such an outdoor activity focused area, but still cool.
They have a website. Some of the pages are just straight up not responsive which is a downright rarity these days. There is some discourse lately on how bad the mobile web is, and it is, but is still like 99% responsive at least which feels impressive.
Team Bend Racing took 14th in that race, but was the #1 U.S. team, and they’ve had plenty of success in years before and after. Go Bend!
