Stop me if you’ve heard that one before.
I’d love it if you became a customer, but I’m afraid that’s a bad idea for everybody. It’s bad for us because it complicates things tremendously in our code. It’s bad because having a complicated billing system and signup form means we lose customers. It’s bad for you because if we crap up our business, we aren’t there to help you at all.
One of the hardest parts of product development- hitting the sweet spot in the middle where you’re doing enough, but not doing too much.
9.5 times out of 10, they’re a customer you wouldn’t want anyway. That would just be the start of the ridiculous demands.
