Fondly remembering the time a bunch of friends and I rented a house in Roslyn, Washington just because Northern Exposure was filmed there and we wanted to hang out at The Brick.

This mural is still there and the name of the cafe, which makes sense since it’s the name of the city. But in the show, Roslyn and Cicely were the lesbian couple founders of the fictional town Cicely, Alaska.

I did not realize The Man in the High Castle was also partially filmed there, which was a pretty decent alternate timeline style show, like For All Mankind.
