Full Feed RSS

With Paul Kinlan’s Full Feed RSS I can now subscribe to Khoi’s site where the RSS entries are more than one sentence.

What it used to be like (me using NetNewsWire)
What is looks like now (me using Feedbin. What I like switching it up)

It does make me think… would this annoy Khoi? Does he have it that way on purpose, perhaps because he really wants the site to be read on the site? Do I feel compelled to respect that wish, if it were true? My gut is that he wouldn’t care and probably doesn’t even know he’s got truncated feeds on because it’s just some random checkbox in a WordPress settings page.

Thoughts? Email me or comment below. Also CodePen PRO is quite a deal. 🙏

Thanks for sharing this, much appreciated.

I did wrestle with this question a bit, and at the same time it’s functionality that I’ve been wanting to see for years.

Finally, I was left with the question of if I should even launch it at all. It was probably a bit aggressive, but I chose just to use it knowing that it’s not going to get heaps of usage.
