As I was bumming around watching videos of people playing old time at festivals (my current top #1 hobby), I came across Bill Birchfield & Ivy Sheppard:
And a fun little showcase event with a bunch of banjo players showcasing different styles:

I just bought a 2017 Chevy Tahoe. It was a very minor selling point, but I had also ordered an iPhone X and knew it had wireless charging. The Tahoe had a wireless charging pad! Cool!
Things get messy with General Motors brands, though as the maker starting including wireless chargers in its 2017 model line but those pads do not Qi standards. As such, only the following models at this time support wireless charging on the iPhone 8 and iPhone X.
… the list includes the 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe.
Dammit. I might have considered the 2018 (would have extended our warranty as well), but was told the 2017 was exactly the same.

Sorry if I’ve been a bit distracted this year.
- We moved from Miami back to Milwaukee
- Miranda and I got married
- We got the house ready to sell and moved out to Bend, Oregon
- CodePen moved offices in Bend to a new spot downtown
- We had a baby!!!!
- We got an offer on the Milwaukee house, and it’s in the process
- We bought a new car
All with a pretty aggressive conference travel schedule and keeping all them businesses humming along.
I feel pretty good though. Being a dad is the best. I don’t need a break, but I’m looking forward to a year of less hecticness.

The bag that https://t.co/c1F55QrF45 made me has survived my criticism longer than any other before it. Still love it.
