I’ve never been an Apple fan but I’d like to buy the new iphone 4g and I was wondering if the calls actually drop more than before or not. Many thanks. Sorry if it’s a bit off topic :P

well I disagree with savedR!
iTunes is going to be hit hard!!
people don’t buy the songs because they want to BUY them!
they buy the songs because they want to listen to them. If you can listen to the song without buying, why would you buy?
but I do think the project might take off, if grooveShark guys accept the restriction to WiFi!
looking forward to grooveShark on iphone!

See, I don’t think it’s all that big a competitor to iTunes at all. Grooveshark lets you listen to music, any song you want.. as long as you have an internet connection. They may restrict it not to work except over Wifi like Skype, that may help approval.

But the reason I think it won’t be competition is that you can’t actually BUY music through Grooveshark. For every song they have, they provide buy links (under “Download”). Those buy links point to two places, Amazon MP3 store and a direct link to the song in iTunes, a phobos.apple.com link. If they kept that functionality, and I see no reason why they wouldn’t since iTunes links work perfectly on iPhones/iPod Touches, it should actually increase iTunes song purchases!

Positively neutral. Very promoting. Because I’m not a clear English author I really took the criticisms genuinely. I expected a lot to get better. I found this site to be very helpful for my understanding and stack comprehension. Thank you for one of the most dynamic write ups I will plausibly ever encounter. I read a great deal in a short point of time. I enjoyed the eye glaze words and style and the ability to pace my reading.

Never have heared of grooveshark but for me it Sound simillar to lastfm or did i miss something somehow?

I will tray it anyway.

Btw: Chris i would have aspected a mobile version of your blog ( i’m tapping this right from Germany in my iPhone )
