Chicago

I’ve made it! Hopefully I’ll get some photos posted of the journey soon. I managed to completely ruin my old desk during the move, which was a bummer. So I went to Office Max this morning and bought a 6′ hard plastic banquet table for $66 and it’s twice as good as my stupid old desk. Win. And for the record, Pequod’s Pizza fricking rules. It is pan pizza where the crust is formed by cheese melting over and burning to the side of the pan.

that sounds like some good pizza. I will try to get up there sometime in the fall to hang out for a day or two. It’s good to have you within driving distance.

Congrats on the move Chris. I try to go to Chicago every year around St. Paddy’s day, great celebrations & food. Carson’s Rib’s on Wells St. are tops if you’re into Ribs and there’s a great Italian meat place right by there too (forget the name).

Oh and Blue Chicago on Clark St., if you’re into Blues

    Chicago’s a great city

    Try Leona’s too, great thin-crust.

    Chris,

A belated welcome to Chicago. Pequod’s pan pizza (ordered with extra pizza sauce) is my favorite in Chicago….and in this city that is a strong endorsement.
